Because AI tools are hosted and monitored, they can be:

- Refined based on observed behavior
- Corrected when outputs drift or degrade
Static PDFs cannot do this. But there is then both an opportunity and responsibility upon the tool Sponsor to actively test and monitor responses and provide human-based governance into the process. Without this interaction, improvement may occur but is limited. In addition, downstream feedback from further interactions with prospects can/will increase data accuracy and relevance. If this can be automated (such as linking CRM data back into the model), then more value can be created throughout the funnel.
This process can isolate gaps and inefficiencies that can then guide and refine human interactions and also what marketing approaches/materials and lead sources are best suited to support the marketing process. It also forms a way for sponsors to create and leverage an institutional set of knowledge that doesn’t go away when employees leave, or when that knowledge is stored in non-centralized places such as internal documentation, websites, social media and in video/audio formats.

(This of course needs to be tempered by user privacy and security policies that state what the data gathered will be used for and receive permission or restrict tool use based upon those policies.) This will allow Sponsors to then suggest their tools and services (and those of their partners) at the proper time to create true buyer worth and value, and allow more future interactions and lead nurturing.
